Do you love to try new things, explore, and discover more about yourself, life, and the world around and under you?

We invite you to a fabulous experience to learn about what Freediving has to offer to you. Not only as an athlete or physically active person but as a human.

Freediving opens the gateway to a deeper self-discovery, transformation, and growth.

At this day retreat, you will enjoy a safe environment and supervision of the basics of freediving theory.

We will guide you in wonderful yoga flows focusing on the areas that are mostly needed for enjoying a better experience while diving.

You will get to learn and experience excellent meditation techniques that will not only support your diving but your overall life and daily routines.

You will get the chance to have close and personal supervision in your breathing exercises (pranayama).

Proper breathing is a gift that is available to all of us. Will help you live healthier, stronger, and even feel younger.

We will practice mindful walking meditation in a beautiful forest in Goderich and enjoy its beach while sharing our stories and experiences as a freediver.

A delicious vegan lunch will delight you. We will share with you some tips about proper nutrition when diving.

Drinks and snacks are also included.

As a treat, we will go on a short sailing experience, we will jump into the lake and get to practice some passive apneas as well swimming.

Please be aware that this is not a freediving course or certification. This experience is meant to give you an opportunity to move beyond the myth and fear about freediving and instead get to live some of the magnificent benefits that this discipline and lifestyle has to offer to you.
