Equalization Techniques: Teaching various equalization methods such as the Frenzel maneuver, Valsalva maneuver, and other advanced techniques suitable for different depths and conditions.

Practice Sessions: Hands-on practice in a controlled environment (pool or shallow water) to master each technique under the guidance of an instructor.

Troubleshooting: Addressing common problems and difficulties divers may encounter during equalization attempts, and how to overcome them effectively.

Depth Progression: Gradual progression to deeper depths as divers become proficient in their equalization techniques, ensuring they can safely reach their desired depths.
