We have good news!!!!!!!, We are planning to start our AIDA 2- Pool Freediver Training Course.
The AIDA 2 course is for those who would like to learn basic freediving skills for recreational purposes, learning these skills will allow you to enjoy the freedom of swimming in the underwater world without the use of any equipment, as well as the psychological benefits that a wonderful sport will bring.
The Course will cover all pool practice disciplines such as dynamic apnea, and static apnea.
In order for us to maintain a high level of quality and attention to our students we only have four (4) available spots, and we will be opening registrations on a first come(register) first serve basis after this email.
Here are some details of the training course with the proposed timing and location:
Prerequisites:
1. Be 18 years of age or older (16 or 17 years old with a parent or guardian consent)
2. Can swim at least 200 m non-stop without fins and at least 300 m non-stop with the mask, fins, and snorkel.
Course Structure (What’s Included) and Price
1. Two (1 and 1/2 hrs) online sessions (Microsoft Teams) and one online test,
2. Two pool session training will be held in a state-of-the-art pool at Etobicoke Olympium Pool.
3. Free access to the Online AF Student Library.
4. AIDA certification fees included.

Theory online sessions: Wednesdays, May 15 and 22, 2024 from 6:30-8:30 pm
Pool sessions: Mondays, May 20 and 27, 2024, 9:00 -10:30 pm

Every student is responsible for bringing their own equipment (mask, snorkel, fins, wetsuit, and weight with belt).
Some equipment can be rented from our school, please ask for more information (Subject to Availability)
